Wow, that is pretty cheap! Wonder what the quality is like. US made, must be at least decent.

Keep in mind with the lower you going to have to pay shipping and the transfer fee, could be up to $30 extra making those $100 Tooele lowers not that different.

The uppers still need bolt & carriers and charging handles, so add another $150. The cheapest lower parts kit I could find was recently at the gun show (White Oaks?) for $55. Add a cheap stock (~$20)

So assuming you did all this on the 'cheap' you could build an AR using their parts for under $600. Had I used one of those lowers my build would have been nearly $100 cheaper

EDIT: Looks like DS Arms stuff is made by LMT which is a high quality builder according to this list
